Mike Mann, Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Travel

Mike Mann

Mike has over 40 years experience in the travel industry and has been with AAA in his current position for the last 4 ½ years. Mike spent his first 13 years in the travel business working for a major airline in various management capacities. Since that time, he has been in senior level positions with large national and multi-national travel management companies. With his knowledge and skill in all facets of the industry, Mike is able to provide a wide perspective of the industry as a whole and offer insight into the best ways in which to deliver the highest level of customized service to the clients of AAA Corporate Travel.

Marie Orewiler, Manager, Account Services

Marie Orewiler

Marie oversees the account management department. She and her staff work closely with our clientele to ensure the identified goals and objectives set forth at the start of our relationship are achieved. She has 25 years in the corporate travel industry, and brings valuable insight into the day to day operations of a managed travel program.

Michelle Creutzinger, Operations Manager- Call Center

Michelle Creutzinger

Michelle manages the operations department and staffing. She has 20 years of corporate travel experience both as an agent and a manager of agents. Her duties include managing the reservation agents, quality control and training personnel.

Michele Monahan, Account Manager

Michele Monahan

Michele has over 6 years of corporate travel experience with AAA. A Miami University graduate, her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and experience in business and finance provide our clients a particularly valuable perspective in this current travel environment. She is able to analyze current cost trends and make recommendations to our clients that enable them to maximize their savings, cost avoidance and value of their travel spend. Michele is responsible for accounts in the Cincinnati, Lexington, Dayton and Hartford markets.

Ericka Reaves, Account Manager

Ericka Reaves

Ericka has 19 years of corporate travel experience. She has experience in many aspects of corporate travel. From being a call center agent to an on-site supervisor to corporate groups to training, Ericka has the know-how in the moving parts of corporate travel. She is able to analyze travel trends and review saving opportunities with our clients. Ericka handles the on-site agent accounts, as well as accounts in the Cincinnati, Washington DC, Virginia, Philadelphia and Kansas markets.

Connie Rossell, Online Help Desk Supervisor

Connie Rossell

With 18 years of corporate travel experience, Connie manages our help desk staff and provides training and support to our clients using an online tool. She is also responsible for the development and customization of the managed, online sites for our clients.

Gina Lofland, Sales Executive

Gina Lofland

Gina joined AAA Corporate Travel in April 2000 and possesses over 19 years of corporate travel related experience. In her current role as sales executive, her primary responsibilities, include: identifying viable prospects, converting prospects to clients, setting up new accounts and transitioning these accounts to the account management team. Her previous travel experience runs the gamut from account management, meeting planning and travel coordinating to serving as a corporate agent. She earned an Bachelor's degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1995. Gina's sales territories cover the Cincinnati (south and central), Kansas and Northern Kentucky markets.

Gerry Lykins, Sales Executive, CTC

Gerry Lykins

Gerry has 27 years of experience in various aspects of the travel industry, including: corporate sales, incentive and group sales, customer service, customized personal and leisure travel, meeting planning and group bookings. Gerry has lived in South America and traveled extensively in both Europe and South America.

Alison Browne Parks, Sales Executive

Alison Browne Parks

Alison is a career professional in the travel and hospitality industry with over 25 years of experience. Previously, she was with AAA’s partnership programs division and worked to provide AAA members with exclusive discounts and benefits. Alison has now joined the corporate travel division and concentrates on our Mid-Atlantic territory, including the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. markets.

Ron Pio, Sales Executive

Ron brings 30 years of sales and account management experience to the corporate travel team. With 15 years of corporate travel experience, including 9 years with Delta and Delta Connection, Ron has a broad understanding of what it takes to have a successful travel management program. He covers the Cincinnati (north, west, and east), Connecticut, Southeastern Indiana, New Jersey, Philadelphia and West Virginia markets.
